Partnerships with key surgeon consultants help provide advanced and proprietary patented solutions, including EMPOWR 3D Knee, the only dual-pivot knee system on the market, and AltiVate Reverse Shoulder, a market-leading system, based on the design principles of the RSP Shoulder, which has demonstrated excellent clinical outcomes at 10 years.

Enovis Surgical offers surgeons and their patients a full range of primary and revision implants for hip, knee, shoulder, and elbow reconstructive joint surgeries, in addition to the tools and digital health technology needed in today's changing healthcare environment.

Job Title/High Level Position Summary:

Enovis is looking for Procurement Analyst that will develop, implement and maintain Sourcing & Supply Chain reports, taking complicated problems and building simple frameworks. Someone who can identify trends and opportunities through analysis of complex and sometimes incomplete data sets. Additionally, this individual will need to be able to create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis and visualization. They must be able to evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems and inaccuracies, developing and maintaining protocols for handling, processing and cleaning data. This person will work directly with management and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.
• Proactively analyze data to answer key questions from stakeholders or out of self-initiated curiosity with an eye for what drives business performance, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity.
• Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources.
• Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting appropriate combination of methods and tools within defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution.
• Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources and build scripts that will make our data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across data sets.

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

• Data querying languages (e.g., SQL, DAX) and statistical languages (e.g., Python, R, SAS)
• WMS systems, including knowledge of the interaction between WMS applications with
• Oracle EBS Financials, Procurement, Manufacturing, ASCP, and Logistics Applications
• Oracle Order Management Integration with third-party Order Entry applications
• Oracle MSCA functionality
• Develop, implement, and maintain sourcing and supply chain reports in support of analyzing operational solutions for supply chain
• Knowledge and expertise of tools and Applications (e.g., Oracle EBS, SAP ERP, NetSuite, Oracle Business Intelligence, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, MS Project, Macros)
• Identifying and creating data modules and solve problems using various strategies using logic and creativity
• Use data visualizations and storytelling to create custom reports then presenting to the senior officials and stakeholders of the company with analytical conclusions.
