Ecommerce Retail Sales ManagerJob Summary

The Ecommerce Retail Sales Manager will own and develop account strategies for multiple established hunting brands while executing against deadlines to meet and exceed sales goals on Amazon platforms. You must be both a strategic thinker as well as a tactical executer who will strive in fast-paced environments. The Ecommerce Retail Sales Manager will establish and cultivate relationships with Amazon vendor teams and other key contacts to grow sales while maintaining profitability. In partnership with marketing and analytics, you will provide brand performance reports and promotional opportunities weekly/quarterly. Additionally, you will interface weekly with internal forecasting and operational teams to ensure inventory availability and performance standards are achieved.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage Amazon account: oversee account strategies, revenue growth objectives, profitability, and operational execution per brand
  • Manage relationships with Amazon Vendor Managers, In-Stock Managers, and Service Team
  • Manage Amazon programs such as Promotions, Direct Import, Direct Fulfillment, and Born to Run
  • Manage listings on Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts daily
  • Regular catalog maintenance to ensure availability and cost/retails are correct
  • Monitor and analyze ASIN performance and rankings while providing recommendations to enhance performance
  • Collaborate with Marketing to enhance product descriptions, images, and keywords for optimal page rank and sales performance
  • Daily/weekly reporting of performance including marketplace pressures, Point of Sales tracking, and trends
  • Maintain knowledge of Amazon selling policies, code of conduct and compliance
  • Commitment to learn brands, products, categories and industry standards
Job Requirements
  • B.S. or B.A. in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of ecommerce account management experience
  • Highly fluent in ecommerce best practices
  • Familiarity with product pricing strategy and SKU rationalization
Essential Job Functions
  • Attention to detail, organization and willingness to learn brand portfolio
  • Experience managing large-scale projects and/or programs in a corporate setting
  • Experience working with and presenting to executive leadership
  • Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
  • Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Hunting/fishing experience with an appreciation of the outdoors
