Salary range: 120-180k base plus bonus
Acara Solutions is seeking a talented and dynamic Senior HR Manager with a manufacturing background for a full-time direct hire opportunity located in the Phoenix, AZ area. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in building an HR team and implementing processes and procedures for a global company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Head of Human Resources will be leading HR functions for a brand-new facility. Responsibilities include working with leadership teams to develop a growth strategy plan, developing the HR framework, leading recruitment efforts for a headcount of 600+ employees, defining positions and developing an organizational chart, and establishing HR policies and employee evaluation plans.
  • Develop the company's human resources framework, define positions within each department, and finalize the company's organizational chart.
  • Establish job levels and associated salary and benefits structures.
  • Establish effective recruitment strategies and methods and hire 600+ employees within the set timeframe.
  • Create personnel training plans based on job classification and identification to ensure timely production.
  • Assist the Global Manufacturing Division leaders in developing the US module factory's development strategy plan based on the company's growth strategy.
  • Oversee operational personnel management.
  • Lead the HR department, recruit mid- to senior-level talent in the US, and improve the company's talent reserves and team building.
  • Promote and foster corporate culture, cultivate a positive and diverse environment, and strengthen employee relationships.
  • Evaluate employee performance, identify any unsafe behaviors to prevent labor risks, and provide formal warnings as needed.
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • 10 or more years of experience in human resource management for large and medium-sized manufacturers
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Proficient in various functional modules of human resource management and able to guide the work of each module
  • Proficient in modern manufacturing enterprise human resource management models, and have accumulated practical experience;
  • Familiar with laws, regulations, and policies related to recruitment channels, salary systems, employment mechanisms, insurance benefits, union systems, and work visa policies in the United States;
  • Possess good interpersonal skills, communication and coordination skills, public relations skills in government agencies, and the ability to solve complex problems. Have a sense of responsibility, dedication, and professional ethics;
