• Coordinate to ensure shipments are packaged and shipped ahead of due date

• Picks inventory items for shipping

• Process courier shipments in FedEx / UPS software

• Completing paperwork accurately: Bill of Lading, Customs Documentation, etc.

• Receives and inspects incoming shipments.

• Update shipping information in JD Edwards & reports

• Identify and communicate potential late orders daily

• Work safely and effectively

• Communicate with team members on issues and improvements

• Other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Warehouse/ Shipping experience.

• Excellent computer skills

• Through knowledge of packaging standards

• Common sense, attention to detail, and good problem-solving skills.

• Good attendance record; no culpable absences

• Forklift experience.

• Communicates well with supervisor

• Shows initiative and strong work ethic, desire to learn.

• Available for overtime as necessary.
