Position Highlights | The College of Medicine - Phoenix invites applications for experienced Finance and Administration leaders to apply for a new role at a rapidly growing college. This is an opportunity for an outstanding strategic leader with a demonstrated track record of administrative and financial experience, preferably in a complex academic health center and/or medical school setting.
In this role, you will lead the Office of Finance and Administration to support the College's mission. You will report directly to the Dean of the College of Medicine - Phoenix and are the strategic leader for all budgetary and administrative activity in the College, including an annual "all funds" operating budget of over $100 million. The College includes approximately 2,700 faculty, both on-campus and volunteer faculty, who share their skills, expertise and time to training the next generation of physicians in Arizona and beyond. The College is organized into specialty administrative units, centers, core facilities and academic departments, which may include the clinical arm of the department in partnership with Banner - University Medical Group. Preferred Qualifications | * Master's degree in an administration, business, finance, public affairs or related field of study.
* Current Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license. * 7 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in an academic medical center, health care organization, health sciences college, university or related entity. |
