Job Description
This employee performs Enteral patient setups and completes all other tasks assigned/related to the functionality of the center. JOB FUNCTIONS * Drives to admit, deliver, and pick up such items as enteral formula, feeding pump(s), IV poles, related feeding supplies at patients' home and/or facility * Cleans rental equipment when returned to the center, in accordance with policies and procedures * Maintains cleanliness and organization of warehouse/storage area * Manages enteral inventory * Obtains all necessary paperwork to ensure we have clean billable revenue that meets all compliance guidelines * Works directly with customer service team, registered dietitians, and warehouse staff * Works directly with patients, case managers, nurses, and other hospital staff for setups * Follows applicable policies and procedures of the company, including those in the Safety & Regulatory Manual, including but not limited to General Safety, OSHA, and Emergency Planning * Represents the company through professional personal appearance, patient care activities * May serve as a backup to other employees for vacation, illness, or other periods of absenteeism
