Position Highlights | Please Note: The number of openings has been updated from 2 to 4. This position will be full-time, supervised by the Area Programmatic Agent and Regional Specialist for Field Crops IPM and Urban Agriculture (the faculty) to develop and implement priority Extension and applied research programs for both Field Crops IPM and Urban Agriculture and Beginner Farmer Programs (the Programs). The Program Coordinator (Community Outreach Professional I) will plan, coordinate, manage, implement, and evaluate programs in cooperation and under the faculty's supervision. Specific activities may include planting, cultivating, maintaining, and harvesting from the demonstration and research sites, planning and coordinating training events, developing curriculum, teaching, developing Extension publications and other outputs, coordinating and assisting with field demonstrations, identifying program priorities, and evaluating program impacts. This is an Extended Temporary Employment (ETE) position.
