Job Title: Safety Manager

Job Summary: In this position you will be responsible for analyzing critical situations to determine safe and productive solutions to jobsites.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for jobsite safety
  • Knowledgeable of mechanical construction
  • Good time management skills, Self-starter ability to manage oneself
  • Experienced and qualified in safety training and instruction
  • Effectively collaborate in a team environment
  • Critically analyze situations to determine safe and productive solutions to jobsite situations
  • Skilled at accident investigation
  • Hazard identification and pre-task planning experience
  • Site specific plan writing skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple personality types on jobsites to inspire employees
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Microsoft suite proficient
  • 4+ years safety on construction sites performing construction safety
  • Skilled at safety auditing
  • Great communication skills across the spectrum of a jobsite
  • OSHA 500
  • CHST preferred
