Job Title
Fire Alarm Project Manager

Job Summary
Design Fire Alarm Systems for all types of projects including Industrial and Commercial. Perform layout using AutoCad/ HydraCad. Must be organized, efficient and work well with field and office employees. Good computer skills are necessary for this position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordination between Trades
• Design & Layout of Fire Alarm Systems
• BIM modeling
• Field Surveying
• Travel up to 30% of the time in the South and Southeast
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years project management experience in the commercial new construction market
• NICET II certification preferred
• Associate or Technical Degree in a technical or business discipline preferred or equivalent experience. Examples include: Architectural, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management Degrees. Bachelor degree preferred.
• High Mechanical Interest
• Fire Alarm Clean Agent experience a plus
• AutoCad experience and/or Hydratec Experience required
• Ability to multi-task to the extreme
• Valid driver's license and excellent driving record
• Excellent communicator, self-motivated individual with great organizational skills
