The HR Intern works on projects to create more efficiency within the organization's HR department by partnering with HR and Community Outreach staff at job fairs as well as providing recruitment assistance, and developing and implementing efficient technology-based workflows. They will have an opportunity to become familiar with daily HR operations of HR, data management/entry, and "behind the scenes" HR management and staff development.
This is not a clinical internship; there should be no expectation of being in clinical space and/or shadowing providers.
There is no compensation or other pay available. Credit may be offered through arrangement with your college/university.
