Job Description

The Role

Amphenol Aerospace Operations is seeking a Network Analyst to work out of its brand new, state-of-the-art facility in Mesa.

The key responsibilities of this Network Analyst include, but are not limited to:

  • Provides phone support and availability as needed.
  • Sets-up, installs, and configures a variety of computer systems and software.
  • Installs and sets-up communication systems, including mobile devices.
  • Installs and assists with problems on printers and other peripheral equipment.
  • Provides a wide range of technical assistance and electronic repair services, including servicing audio/visual (a/v) systems.
  • Provides a variety of specialized support and serves as a resource in the use of personal computer systems and software.
  • Diagnoses and corrects hardware and software problems, including the performance of electronic repairs on computer components and a/v systems.

The Person

The key skills and qualities of a Network Analyst at Amphenol Aerospace Operations:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of computer networks, active directory
  • Demonstrated knowledge of system management, enterprise backup including media rotation and storage
  • Degree in Information Systems and 3 years of technical systems experience or 5 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Proven experience as a Network Analyst, PC Technician Level I-II, or equivalent
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks within a fast pace environment
  • Outstanding diagnostic, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols and network technologies
  • Hand on experience with software and hardware implementation
  • Ability to work and coordinate with other IT staff from a remote environment
  • Experience and confidence acting as the technical liaisons between IT and the local business unit
  • Primary requirements of the position require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting
  • Ability to stand or sit for prolonged period of time
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills enabling effective communication with all levels of management
